Quick fix

If a widget looks blank or white

  1. Open Countdown once after installing an update and confirm the event is still visible in the App.
  2. Long-press the widget, choose Edit Widget, and select the intended event if needed.
  3. If the problem remains, remove the widget and add it again. Your events remain stored in Countdown.

If the widget is still empty, email us with your device model, iOS version, Countdown version, widget size, and a screenshot. Please do not include private event details.
