Terms of Use

These terms govern Truth or Dare – Super Party (the “App”), provided by APP BOX EOOD (Bulgarian: “Апп Бокс” ЕООД), UIC 207060361, with registered office at Lazur District, Block 109, Apartment 5, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria (“APP BOX”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@appbox.pw.

Agreement and eligibility

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or any higher age of majority required by local law. Some optional packs contain alcohol-related, mature, or suggestive themes.

Licence

The App is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Safe and respectful play

Every participant must freely consent to every prompt and may skip or stop at any time. Alcohol is never required. Never pressure another person to answer, perform a task, drink, or participate. Never drink and drive.

Choose players, packs, and voluntary consequences appropriate for the group and setting. Do not use the App to harass, endanger, discriminate against, humiliate, deceive, contact strangers, disclose private information, damage property, or encourage illegal conduct. Stop immediately if anyone is uncomfortable or if a prompt could cause injury, unsafe intoxication, or another foreseeable risk. Follow local age, alcohol, public-safety, and venue rules.

Subscriptions and purchases

The App may offer an auto-renewable weekly subscription for premium packs and ongoing content access. The exact product name, duration, and local renewal price are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price shown by Apple unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may notify you of price changes where required.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests under App Store rules and mandatory consumer law. Historical non-consumable pack purchases remain eligible for restoration and access while the App supports those products.

Availability and updates

We may improve, add, remove, or update free content and features, subject to mandatory consumer law. We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. StoreKit product availability and payment processing depend on Apple services and an internet connection; bundled gameplay remains available offline. You are responsible for compatible hardware, software, connectivity, and carrier charges.

Intellectual property and feedback

The App, its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to APP BOX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve the App without identifying you or creating a payment obligation.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is an entertainment game and is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It does not provide medical, legal, alcohol-safety, or other professional advice. Prompts cannot account for every participant, environment, medical condition, or local law, and you remain responsible for your choices and safety. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to consumers in the EU/EEA.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time; cancelling a subscription is a separate action. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Provisions that should survive termination, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, remain effective.

Governing law and changes

Bulgarian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court available under mandatory consumer law. We may update these terms for legal, security, or functional changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing, and the effective date above will be updated.
