Privacy Policy
Effective 3 September 2026
This policy explains how Truth or Dare – Super Party (the “App”) handles information. The data controller is APP BOX EOOD (Bulgarian: “Апп Бокс” ЕООД), UIC 207060361, with registered office at Lazur District, Block 109, Apartment 5, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria (“APP BOX”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@appbox.pw.
Information kept on your device
The App does not require an account. Player names, custom wheel entries, scores, selected language, sound and vibration preferences, and onboarding status are processed locally on your device. APP BOX does not operate a game-data server that receives those names, answers, tasks, or scores.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions and previous non-consumable purchases through the App Store. The App receives product identifiers and cryptographically verified entitlement status through StoreKit so it can unlock content. APP BOX does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Apple handles purchase information under its App Store Privacy Notice.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics operate automatically when you use the production App. Google may receive App interactions, crash traces, App version, operating-system and device information, session information, and random Firebase installation identifiers. We use this information to understand feature use, diagnose failures, protect the App, and improve reliability. We do not add player names, custom wheel entries, answers, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or payment details to analytics events or crash reports.
Firebase Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning deletion. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months under its retention controls; standard aggregated reporting is not governed by that user-level setting. We do not use Firebase data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Support messages
If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include. We use it only to answer and administer the request. Please do not send sensitive game answers, passwords, or payment details. Support correspondence is deleted when no longer needed and, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or obligation, no later than 24 months after the request is closed.
Purposes and legal bases
- Local game data and settings are processed to provide the functionality you request.
- App Store entitlement status is processed to perform the purchase contract and restore access.
- Analytics and crash diagnostics are processed for our legitimate interests in understanding feature use and maintaining, securing, diagnosing, and improving the App, balanced against the data-minimisation and no-tracking safeguards described in this policy.
- Support correspondence is processed to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in maintaining and protecting the App.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it for cross-app tracking. Information is shared only with Apple for App Store services, Google for Analytics and Crashlytics, service providers acting for us, or authorities when legally required. Apple and Google may process information outside the EEA using their published transfer safeguards. See Apple Privacy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices and rights
Deleting the App stops future collection from that installation and removes local App data. Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Because the App has no account and does not link Firebase identifiers to your identity, we may be unable to identify a particular analytics or diagnostic record without additional information. Contact info@appbox.pw. You may also complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
Children
The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or any higher age of majority required by local law. It is not directed to children, and some packs contain mature themes. If you believe a child has provided information through a support message, analytics, or diagnostics, contact us so we can assess and delete it where possible.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented in the App or App Store listing, and the effective date above will be updated.
