Terms of Use

These terms govern PartyDay: I Have Never (the “App”), provided by APP BOX EOOD (UIC 207060361), Lazur District, Block 109, Apartment 5, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria (“APP BOX”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@appbox.group.

Agreement and eligibility

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or any higher age of majority required by local law. Some optional packs contain mature themes.

Licence

The App is licensed, not sold. Your licence is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated here. You may use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Safe and respectful play

Alcohol is never required to play. Do not pressure anyone to answer, perform a task, drink, or participate. Respect consent and personal boundaries. Never drink and drive, and follow all local age, alcohol, public-safety, and venue rules.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate players, packs, and voluntary consequences. Do not use the App to harass, endanger, discriminate against, or violate the rights of another person. Stop a task if anyone is uncomfortable or if it could cause injury, property damage, or unlawful conduct.

Subscriptions and purchases

The App may offer an auto-renewable weekly subscription for access to premium packs and ongoing content updates. The exact product name, duration, and localized renewal price are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price shown by Apple unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may notify you of price changes where required.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under applicable App Store rules and consumer law. Historical non-consumable pack purchases remain eligible for restoration and access. We will not remove content that a customer previously bought as a non-consumable entitlement.

Availability and updates

We may improve, add, remove, or update free content and features. We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. StoreKit product availability and payment processing depend on Apple services and an internet connection. You are responsible for device, connectivity, and carrier costs.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to APP BOX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve the App without identifying you or creating a payment obligation.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is an entertainment game and is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It does not provide medical, legal, or safety advice. APP BOX is not responsible for consequences chosen by players or conduct outside the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to consumers in the EU/EEA.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time; subscription cancellation is separate. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, remain effective.

Governing law and changes

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court available under mandatory consumer law. We may update these terms for legal, security, or functional changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing and the effective date above will be updated.
