Terms of Use
1. Provider and agreement
These terms govern your use of the Boxing Timer app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”), provided by APP BOX EOOD (Bulgarian: “Апп Бокс” ЕООД), UIC 207060361, with registered office at Lazur District, Block 109, Apartment 5, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria (“APP BOX”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@appbox.group.
By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Apple terms and licence
The App is licensed, not sold. Your licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store Usage Rules. These product terms supplement Apple’s terms; Apple’s terms and mandatory law control if there is a conflict.
Subject to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, APP BOX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, resell, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass purchase controls in, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Fitness and safety
Exercise and combat-sport training involve risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing intervals, intensity, equipment, and supervision appropriate to your health and experience. Consult a qualified healthcare or training professional when appropriate, follow safe-practice guidance, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or otherwise unwell. Do not rely on the App where a missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert could cause harm.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the App lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass technical protections, or use it to harm another person or system.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
The App may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. The exact product, billing period, trial or offer terms (if any), and local price are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
An auto-renewable subscription renews for the same duration until cancelled. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, applicable taxes, price-change notices, and refund requests under App Store rules and mandatory consumer law.
“Lifetime Access” is a non-consumable entitlement that does not expire while the current App remains available and compatible; it does not promise that every feature, device, or operating-system version will be supported forever. You can use Restore Purchase to recover eligible entitlements associated with the same Apple Account.
6. Availability, alerts, and updates
We work to keep the App reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly precise operation. Alerts may be affected by device volume, Focus settings, notification permissions, operating-system scheduling, battery state, connectivity, or hardware. Some purchase and restore functions require access to Apple services and the internet.
We may update the App to improve security, compatibility, functionality, or quality and may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. You may need a supported operating-system version and an App update to continue using certain features. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The App, its software, design, text, graphics, sounds, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to APP BOX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the App without identifying you or creating a payment obligation.
8. Third-party services
Apple provides App Store purchasing and entitlement services. Google provides Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices. APP BOX is responsible for the App and its support; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App beyond obligations that cannot be excluded by law or Apple’s own terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. APP BOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the App where such liability may legally be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be limited, or any guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to consumers in the EU/EEA.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time; subscription cancellation is a separate action described above. We may restrict access or discontinue the App where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service viability, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, remain effective.
11. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court available under mandatory consumer law. Before starting a formal dispute, you are welcome to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for legal, security, compatibility, or functional changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing where appropriate, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
